Subway - Jefferson City

The service at this particular Subway was very disrespectful. I would not suggest dining here.

My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at around 5:00. I requested to have the Bella Mazza provolone substituted and not toasted. When I mentioned that I didn't want it toasted and wanted it substituted with provolone, the man working there responded by saying that it was his store and that's how it was going to be. My wife interjected by saying that customers are always right, but he insisted that we leave and never return. It's important to note that the individuals involved were Arab.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The bread was burnt and too crispy on the outside, with doughy insides. I reached out to corporate in hopes of resolving the issue, but only received meaningless emails, including one from the franchisee of the location. I will not be returning to any Subway after this experience. It was a complete waste of money.

Honestly I have never had an issue with this place the food is always good and the staff is always friendly

Servers are always friendly and make excellent sandwiches . Very clean place . We enjoy eating there as often as we can .
