Dunkin' - Jefferson Valley-Yorktown

I've been ordering from this place 3-4 times a week and have always had a great experience—until today. My order was incomplete and not as I requested. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, but I received something else entirely. I also ordered two donuts: a pumpkin and a Boston cream. Instead of being properly packaged, the Boston cream just got tossed in the bag with the pumpkin, and the chocolate frosting got all over the bag and the other donut. When I asked for a small Munchkin box to keep the frosted donut safe, they told me they had no boxes available. I couldn't help but recall that just a few days ago, my niece was with me, and the lovely woman behind the counter had put her two frosted donuts in a small box to protect the frosting—now that was the right way to do it. With money being tight these days, I expected better, so it was really disappointing, especially since I've never encountered rude staff there before.

Ordered a sour dough breakfast sandwichThat was supposed to have bacon, 2 fried eggsAnd Swiss cheese, instead they gave me a turkey sausage sandwich, which tasted disgusting because I hate sausage. It looked like they rushed to get order out, and did not look to make sure they had order correct. I tried calling when I got to work to let them knowAnd there was no answer, needless to say I had no breakfast, terrible start to a work day! ?

They take care of you passed and they make you feel like family

Like this place but if you are looking to sit and have a relaxing cup of coffee, this is not the place. It is always mobbed and there are only about 3 tables to sit at. If you are just running in for a cup, then its ok.
