Little Caesars Pizza - Jefferson

I like LC Pizza BUT it can no longer eat their pizza has a lot of trans fat (only check diet list on their website)

I ordered one Extra Most Bestest Cheese and a Crazy Calzony Pepperoni Pizza online. My order was never made, after waiting an hour for them to tell me that they could not locate my order. When I requested a refund I was told that they were not able to provide a refund as a shift leader and that no one there could. I was told that I can provide my phone number and wait for them to call me tomorrow for a refund.. This does not make any sense. I would like my refund! I left without my money and without my pizza order.. This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

This is the third and last time I have ordered Italian cheese bread and gotten Italian cheese dough. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand being busy I will wait for my food but at least make sure its fully cooked

If you like waiting for an hour ?after? you order online to pick up your pizza you?re in luck! Expect 30-45 min longer when you order, a staff that is absolutely more interested in their TicTok account than getting your order ready AND if they do manage to recall why you?ve been sitting in the store for almost an hour, I promise your conversation will be like the first time you?ve spoke. I?m pretty sure a heard of slugs caught up in a spilled pile of salt could outrun these folks (and still be smarter even though they ended up in salt! I remember that one time when they actually got it right? Oh wait, that was Domino?s!

This is the closet location to my house so I have given them several chances and every single time it's a bad experience I think this will be my last time eating here. Need new employees. Always something wrong with the cooking of the pizza as you will see with my attached photo of a falling apart deep dish that had to be eaten with a fork. Horrible location.
