Tried the roast beef poor boy! WOW best gravy yet. Menu selection is very large for a place in a industrial area. Plenty of parking, friendly staff, great service, that is fast. Hope to try all items on menu

Ordered the duck sandwich and alligator sandwich with pimento cheese. Both were the real deal. My spouse stated the alligator was `too real, ` the swamp the alligator was pulled from taste came right through. I enjoyed the authentic duck, there was plenty of seating. Just use the bathroom elsewhere. You access bathroom from outside of restaurant and you can sit on toilet and wash your hands at the same time. But hey, you're there for the food.

Had the stuffed mirlitons. The stuffing was all bread crumbs with only 2 little shrimp in it. Wasn't tasty either. The fried shrimp that came with it were VERY over cooked and hard. Hubby got the cheese burger on french and it was ok he said but nothing to write home about.

I went in because I read the review on Crabby Jacks Po’ Boys. Probably the best shrimp po’ boy I’ve ever had. They are HUGE, even the “small”, and are overflowing with shrimp. Basically it’s like 3 meals. The person taking my order asked me if I want any sides. I looked up on the menu and asked about the Brussels Sprouts. They are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! I actually took home have the Po’boy because there was no way I was leaving any Brussels Sprouts uneaten. GREAT stop, friendly service!

We were recommended Crabby Jacks by the visitor center in New Orleans, and we probably wouldn't have gone there without that suggestion. The exterior didn't seem very inviting, but we were pleasantly surprised by the food. The portions were generous and the prices were quite reasonable.
