Best burgers around. I don't know if it's the mountain air or what, but these burgers are always on point. It's a roadside shack with outside bench seating. We usually call ahead (10-15 minutes) just about the time we turn off 550, and place our order. Ohh and the prices are reasonable too.

After being to so many countries and cities around the world, I never thought I’d have one of the best burgers of my life on a random stop in Jemez Spring. This place is truly a gem, the last bastion of authenticity, quality and tastefulness in corporatized restaurant industry. Their burger with fried bread is the best burger bun I’ve ever had and the fries is heavenly. Simple ingredients, good quality made with love. Support this amazing establishment.

Great option to eat while in the area. It's a great hole in the wall with tons of charm and the food is excellent! Definitely recommend this one of a kind burger joint.
