Our Jenison baristas do it right. I have only had one bad order and they fixed it immediately no questions asked. I'm glad inside dining is open also. I have always liked the vibe in Starbucks and the Jenison store is no different.
Cheyanne was so sweet and personable in my drive thru experience! She was not only helpful but also went above and beyond with the service. She made me want to return to this Starbucks! It was quick and easy and I was through the drive thru super fast. Cheyanne deserves a raise!
I always have wonderful experiences at this restaurant, and my favorite aspect has to be the staff. I've never had a negative encounter with anyone. A special mention goes to Rue and Maya. Today, Maya was incredibly kind and accommodating with my brother, who is on the spectrum. I was a bit worried he wouldn't enjoy the drink he initially chose (he just pointed to a picture), so I asked Maya for her opinion. She explained the options thoroughly and made a drink she thought he would like, and he absolutely loved it. Thank you, Maya! Additionally, Rue is always so kind and provides the best drink recommendations!
Olivia and Caleb are two of the most passionate Starbucks employees I've ever encountered. Their energy was contagious and truly brightened my morning. I’m amazed at how they maintain such enthusiasm so early in the day! They deserve a raise or some health benefits for sure!
