Really wonderful food. Big fan of GF/V options. Unflavorful and very very weak coffee though. We tried three lattes and the chai was weakest — Legitimately not sure if any chai made it in or if it was just milk. Overall felt pricey for a lackluster experience, but very cute and welcoming set up for ordering which is lovely. Good food, the sweetest staff and lovely seating with both indoor and outdoor covered tables to keep the rain off! The home fries especially were delicious!

I've lived near this place a few years and have been wanting to go ever since I moved here. I finally went in today and had the best avocado toast I've had in a minute. It was simple clean delicious! The place is like a neighborhood coffee shop. Stuff is thrown together and it is not fancy at all.
