Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

I ordered online and waited over 15 minutes after it was supposedly going to be ready. They gave me a cheese pizza, not what I ordered. I asked them to just make the pizza I ordered and they claimed that was what I ordered.

The garlic and monkey bread was not liked but everything else was good.

This location is great! Every once in awhile you get that disgruntled employee that hates people even though they are working a customer service job, but you ran into that just about anywhere nowadays. Other than that...Great place, good food, convenient location!! ?

An absolute disaster of a business I would not recommend going here to go anywhere else. I am so irritated right now I called in an order. It was very simple. I showed up 25 minutes later, and there was no record of my order so then I paid for the pizza and waited patiently they took the wrong name down, my name is Sam. I somehow gotten listed as Melissa and so I waited another 45 minutes before I get my pizza.

Moreover, some of the staff need to improve their professionalism. I understand that most of them are teenagers, but on several occasions, I've walked in to find them giggling, chatting, and swearing in the back instead of greeting customers. They often won’t acknowledge customers until they're called over, and sometimes they come off as snobby or have an attitude. Mistakes happen, and that’s understandable—we're all human. However, it's the combination of these errors and subpar customer service that prompted this review. Like I mentioned, this place was much better in the past, and I would have gladly given it a five-star rating. But in its current state, it’s just okay.
