Mcdonald's - Jensen Beach

I thought I'd try these McDonalds on my way to work because the McDonald's in Stuart can't work in the morning. Apparently, this place only opens at the AFTER 7.

This McDonald?s is always busy, but the food is always old, cold, or the order is wrong. The only time of day that food is ever right is the morning shift. Go after 11 and you? You must be disappointed no matter what you order.

Cheap food, very interesting customers visit this location as well. You can order your food at the very helpful kiosk in this location and I have to admit that its super fun to use that kiosk. It's a little difficult to visit this restaurant if you aren't vegetarian with a mostly meat based menu. You would stick to caramel sundaes, the smoothies, salads and maybe the biscuit egg and cheese sandwich. Hoping this insight helps someone out!

I attempted to use mobile pickup for my order, but it did not work, so I had to go into the restaurant. After sorting out the issues with my order, I returned to my car to find that one of two things had happened - either I received the 10-piece nugget I ordered but no 4-piece nuggets in the 2 happy meals, or they had put the happy meal nuggets in a separate bag and missed the 10-piece nuggets completely. Although the situation was easily corrected and the staff treated me well, it was disappointing that I still had to go into the restaurant despite using the app for mobile pickup.

I recently found plastic in my McDouble at this restaurant. The customer service has really gone downhill. The young woman at the drive-thru window had a rude attitude and closed the window on me. I was just asking for a receipt! I had to ask the girl at the second window (wearing headphones) for it, but the printer was out of ink. I will be contacting management about this issue. Additionally, I found plastic in my burger, which is unacceptable. The young employees here lack respect and professionalism.
