Little Caesars Pizza - Jerome

We tried the three meat pizzas for the first time and were disappointed to find that the bacon wasn't actual bacon, but rather bacon bits. Additionally, they didn't provide any napkins, Parmesan, or paprika for us to sprinkle on the pizza.

I'm really disappointed with the service at this place. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with sausage and a regular one, but they got my order completely wrong. As someone who also works in the fast food industry, I understand how challenging it can be. However, when I asked for a refund, the guy just handed me five bucks and told me to keep the pizza. I didn't have time to argue because I had to get to work, so I just took it and left.

I'm writing this review for the Little Caesars in Jerome, ID. We didn't realize they closed at 11:30 PM. When we arrived, there were two cars ahead of us that seemed to be in line for a while before they parked. The car right before us approached the window, and after a brief exchange, they drove away. We didn't really pay attention to what was happening, so we pulled up next. The employee at the register next to the window just stared at us, and after a few minutes of silence, I looked over. They then waved us away and shouted that they were closed without even opening the window. Her attitude was quite rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime we buy pizza here it's burnt. We decided to give it one more chance. We ordered 2 cheese pizza. It's going to a 15 min. Wait. OK thats fine. Went back after 15mins. We were told it will be another 5 mins. We were a littlw annoyed but fine. OK. As we waited another customer came in to return a pizza because it was the wrong one. The cashier put said pizza back In to the warmer and gave her another one. She then tried to give my husband the pizza that was returned. We just decided to get our money back and never return to any little caesars again. How many returned pizzas have been resold?! Absolutely unacceptable.

Don't think anyone here knows what they are doing just like at all other Little Caesars. Wrong pizza was made and to top it off wing were cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. When picking up from this place, double check your order. I have filed a complaint with their corporate office and yet to hear from them. Will dispute the charge with the CC company.
