The hired had not even provided the order that I had already picked up the order on door dash before I picked up an order at jack in the box, so they obviously started out that they had no customer service, whatever

They are always so polite and speedy. Fresh ingredients and the cookies are always fresh too.

They seem to be understaffed like every other fast food restaurant. There was only 1 worker doing a rush and what seemed to be some Uber Eats orders. The Highschool kids are rowdy and fill up the small diner room. The worker was nice really caring about my Subway Wrap. I would recommend people to be patient especially with it being understaffed.

Got the wrong order, and instead of an apology I got the attitude with an eye roll.
