Subway - Jerome

I ordered from here for the first time through a subway online order, and I was very disappointed. They made a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I even paid extra for bacon, and it wasn’t included on the sandwich. The ingredients were good, but the service was lacking.

The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. What more could you ask for?

I ordered a couple of sandwiches, and the staff were very friendly and provided prompt service. The interior was very clean and offered a welcoming atmosphere.

This rating is purely from lack of a usable menu on the website. Want to look at the menu so your friend knows what to get you? Well you can't, not without placing an order. And even if you do, say you're looking ahead of time and a sandwich is unavailable, you can't look at whats on the sandwich because it's unavailable at the moment.

I went with a coworker while in the area. There was only one employee at the time, which was terrible for her. She needed a second employee working with her as not only did she have walk in and drive through customers, but had to do a 136 or so bulk order as well. But she was very polite, efficient, and well organized. Actually she was in good spirits despite her situation.Clean restaurant and great location. Just hope that they can get and keep more outstanding employees like the lady from the day that helped us.
