This time, you also bestowed upon me one of my favorite afternoon teas of the year. Bohemia, a Michelin-starred restaurant located within the Club Hotel & Spa in Jersey, is expertly led by the talented chef Steve Smith and his team. The afternoon tea is meticulously crafted under the guidance of head baker Ellen de Jager.
