Bidra med feedbackI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My order was wrong: my pizza was missing jalapeños, and there were no garlic dipping sauces or marinara included. When I called Domino's to address the issue, Jon, the person on the line, was rude and ended up hanging up on me while I was still talking. I was only asking for the missing jalapeños and sauces instead of a new pizza, yet he responded with an attitude instead of an apology. He even accused me of lying when I told him about the missing ingredients. I genuinely wonder if this place even deserves a single star. I strongly advise finding a different Domino's and avoiding this location—it completely ruined my evening. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it's unacceptable to be treated with disrespect after one occurs. It was especially disappointing since I was there with my dad. Please take a look at the pictures and see if you can spot any jalapeños. To top it off, at the pizza place, they refused to serve chili flakes and oregano. Unbelievable!
I usually give Domino's a five-star rating, but this time, the Caesar chicken salad brought it down to three stars because it didn't meet my expectations. The garlic bread, as always, was fantastic. However, I would advise against ordering salads, as they really don't seem to be their specialty.
This is one of the worst Domino's locations I've ever encountered. They consistently get my order wrong and there's no assistance available when you need it. I highly advise against ordering from this location. They seem to make mistakes almost every time—whether it's baking the pizza poorly or forgetting to deliver the soda. It's truly one of the worst Domino's outlets. At this point, I can't even recommend Domino's pizza anymore.
Really pathetic customer service! I called today and asked why my rewards are still not there(they ruined my dinner last time was waiting for 2 hours for pizza and order sucks. They didn't even send the soft drinks which was there on my order.they didsent it after 1 hr of waiting sucks) in my account after 1 week. Whoever the lady on the phone was arrogant and did nothelp me out. Won't recommend ordering from this store at all.
I placed a cash order for delivery that totaled over $70. I used the app to request the delivery, and everything from the cooking time to the tracking went smoothly. However, I called twice to check on the status and was informed that there were too many orders. I even offered to pick up my order myself, but I was told the delivery was on its way. Despite tracking indicating that the driver was near me for about an hour, I ended up waiting an additional hour for my delivery. When my order arrived, there was no apology for the delay, and I also mentioned that one of my pizzas was damaged. The food tasted good and was still warm, but the overall experience left much to be desired. I won’t be using the delivery service again.
