El Pio Pio - Jersey City

I admire this spot! They offer superb dishes, their menu is decent, The cook in that restaurant is well trained, I enjoy very much eating all their food. The dishes are always good, the service towards the customers is agreeable. I often eat in this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it with no hesitation.

The Rabo Guisado was cooked to the their usual standard, it was very bland and meat serving size was much less than usual as well.

10/10 , if you want real authentic Spanish food come here that’s all ima say . The Shakes are delicious too. For my meal I had chicken w yellow rice and sweet plantains for the side , and for the shake passion fruit ! The best of the best they give Large portions as well ! My boyfriend had Pernil with yellow rice and red beans , he loved it as well. Over all Great service, great food !!

I find it insane that there is no one bilingual that works their as if they only want to serve spanish speaking people. NEWS FLASH ....... WE SPEAK ENGLISH IN THE HEIGHTS TOO!!!! THIS IS THE WORST FOR BUSINESS, THE GOAL IS TO SERVE AS MANY PEOPLE AS YOU CAN....I REALLY MISS THE OLD OWNERS. The 5 stars are fraud. None of them have comments...fraud.
