Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Jersey City

The personal courteous and square looked decent (food area looked clean,) two great factors for me to decide whether to return to a place or not. faster service, although it was somehow busy.

As far as fast foods are concerned, the food is good. Service is great. Adequate space is available. However its good to check your order before walking away. Moving quickly, the server can sometimes forget an order item. As in my case she forgot to add fries to the combo order. And it wasn't noticed until too late. Other than that I give it two thumbs up

This is the last time I'm going to go back to this Popeyes. The employees do no know the difference between a chicken breast or a chicken thigh. The last three times I have gone I pay for a. Upcharge to get a chicken breast. I get charged I inform them are you sure that I am getting what pay for and specifically state I do not want thighs I paid for a specific items. Open the box and what do I see exactly what I did not want. I am Going to make it a point never to go back. But also a point to state every chance that this Popeyes on rt 440 in Jersey city has the worst service and staff who have no comprehension skills to deal with customers. Do not go here you will be absolutely and completely disappointed ever time. Revew#1

Unsure if they do it on purpose or these people are so incompetent to the point that they can’t follow simple instructions. Doesn’t help that most their staff can’t comprehend the English language.My last two visits to this Popeyes taught me one thing, if you order one thing, they’ll give you the complete opposite.

I honestly can't remember the last time I went to this location and the soda machine actually worked. Also the last time I was there my order was missing the biscuit. The chicken tenders were on point though.Features: Plexiglass barrier between workers and customers
