Sawadee Thai Cuisine - Jersey City

Do not let the Thai/Chinese signage deceive you. This restaurant offers Thai and genuinely authentic Chinese cuisine (leaning more towards Chinese but still excellent). The only exception is the Thai iced tea, which is made with heavy cream instead of the traditional condensed milk. By local standards, this is a more upscale choice that is straightforward, clean, and satisfying. While it may not be fine dining, it does offer delicious and reliable classic Asian dishes.

The food at this restaurant is incredible and reasonably priced. There are plenty of vegetarian options available. I especially enjoyed the fried banana with ice cream.
