Bidra med feedbackOrdered from the mobile app. We did not order anything difficult and straight from the menu and they did not put any toppings on the pizzas and did not make the sandwiches the way we requested. (Only 1 item needed removed). The service was lacking. It wasedible but not satisfying.
I?m always left satisfied with the quality of food as well as the time it takes to order and receive said food. My favorite pizza joint in town.
I placed a mobile order for a basic pepperoni pizza. When I arrived to pick it up, 20 minutes after placing the order, I was informed that it would take an additional 45 minutes. While that wouldn’t have been a problem, the staff's rudeness made the experience worse. Katrina was particularly unfriendly.
This has been one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant! If you order more than four items, you can COUNT on there being one or more missing. This is now the second consecutive time that I’ve had two items missing from my order! After waiting two hours for my food, it’s incredibly frustrating to find that half of it isn’t even there. When I tried to call the store tonight, they kept answering and then hanging up! At one point, they answered and just left the phone off the hook! This location really needs a serious overhaul of their in-store staff. The delivery drivers have been great, though!
I think the young lady up front should be promoted to manager right away! Her name is Krystal, and she demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and strong leadership with her team. It's important to acknowledge her hard work and dedication.
