Selva Negra - Jinotega

My wife and I spent 2 days in the selva negra resort and restaurant. had the coffee tour with jose, which was also guides for hiking and bird studies. this forest is absolutely beautiful surrounded by large trees and small lake next to the restaurant. the accommodation options were great with small twin rooms to larger 2 bedrooms casitas embedded in the forest. we have eaten 6 times in the restaurant and all meals were excellent. we are already planning to experience and experience more hiking and bird watching in this beautiful forest of selva negra. Very nice restaurant with delicious food! right next to a small lake with many animals and in the forest. truly harmonious and relaxing!

More beautiful place to stay and the Chapel is amazing. the food was great and the coffee tour was much fun, even without it harvest season (will love to go back when it is! . we even met the owner eddy who was very nice!

Peaceful and beautiful. we visited the day and enjoyed walking in the forests and eating some surprising German foods in the restaurant. would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants quiet time in nature. look at the fairytale chapel.
