McDonald's - Johnson City

Went in at nine pm on Sunday night and all chairs were up on the tables and no one would wait on usEverything was on the counters filthy.

Dirty dining room. No straws lids or napkin’s. I paid for two combo’s and a tea and 20 piece nugget. She gave me 2 cups. I said I didn’t get my 3rd cup she said do you need to order another drink I said no I paid for 3 may I have my receipt and we can see if I owe you I will pay for it instead she said you can just have it. Wouldn’t give me a receipt. Bad experience even for McDonald’s.

Stood at register for at least 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. After ordering, a gentleman came in from the drive thru and said his order was wrong. Wanted his money back. Order was not taken as he stated. Well guess what, same thing to us from dine in! Asked girl if she got both orders and she said yes. Order came out, one wasn't there. Looked at receipt, never put in 2nd order. Another older gentleman said same happened to him. No more business from me!!

Idk what the heck is going on with this location recently but this week alone I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches of which they put the mcchicken chicken on and had to go in to have it fixed, same order 2 dbl cheeseburgers one of which has no cheese and the other only had 1 piece of meat again had to go in to have fixed and today I get home and only had 5 nuggets out of 6 surely everyone working there can count to 6. Defeats the purpose of the drive thru when u constantly have to go back in bc it’s wrong. That’s 3 times this week and the week isn’t even over yet. Please do better!

Ice cream machine is Always broken at All locations! Store always closes early. Allow at least 20 minutes before they’re said closing time or else you will not be able to order
