I simply love the sausage and egg biscuits as well as the gravy biscuits (could have had a bit more gravy though). Super fast and one very nice lady at the cash register. Thanks for helping make it a wonderful morning.

The good visit the place was empty and it was at night. I ordered off the kiosk screen and while I was waiting I was offered a free soda and I turned it down because I had a drink in my car but I thought it was a nice gesture. I eat a couple times a month at McDonald's because it's fast cheap and the food's good.

Seldom ever get your order right and the food is not as good as it used to be especially at the one in Big Stone Gap other McDonald's seem to be doing a whole lot better
