Beef Shack - Joliet

I will not be returning to this restaurant! Most of my fries were hard and burnt, and some of them had a good texture, as if they were trying to hide the bad ones by mixing them in. Additionally, the cheese sauce and food were cold, which has never been a problem for me at this place before. I hope they close down. I couldn't even eat my food because it was so bad.

Can someone tell me if this restaurant is still open for business? Also, when can I expect to receive my W2 form? It's the only way to contact the owner. They should cover my gas expenses since I have to drive all the way there and waste my time, even on a Sunday, for nothing.

Bark sandwich was nothing special and the brot was quite wet and unpleasant. fries were awfully fat and unpleasant. will not be ordered again by them.

Beef was good. I got her fresy bark, and I think it would have been better without weighing the cheese. the construction of the sandwiches could have been better: the brot was not far enough cut through so that the half of the sandos was only brot. we tried her mac and cheese and it was really the worst mac I had. their fries and the tastes were good.

I recently had one of the best burgers I've had in years at this restaurant. The French fries here are my absolute favorite in the country! The employees and service are just as excellent as the food, and the prices are reasonable in my opinion. Also, the chicken, beef, and sausage dishes are delicious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant.
