Mazzio's Italian Eatery - Jonesboro

I have dined twice and both times, no other customers were in there, but the service lasted too long (order, refills, get our food). I love Calzones and this is one of the few places they make so that I take over, but online order is often down.

I rarely eat in. I love the pizza. Customer service not so much! And they never answer the phone so I go in and some of the girls are just standing around not busy at all. I will continue to eat there cause the food is good. Mazzios is the best pizza in town( my opinion)

I grew up eating here every Sunday afternoon with my family. The cheese dippers are an all time favorite and they make Oreo topping pizza actually taste amazing. The service is great as well

I had left a less than positive review in the past. Mazzios is the best chain pizza that there is. When it?s made right it?s absolutely delicious. However, this location used to struggle with getting orders correct. Huge shout out to the new manager Sarah. Since she has taken over this place has become absolutely fantastic. Best pizza in Jonesboro and a manager that cares. Thanks Sarah!

Well for starters they charged us 5.99 for 4 pieces of garlic toast that looked like the same stuff you buy from the grocery store and make yourself. The plate they gave my husband that was suppose to be clean had left over food on it. Then I look over and see pizza boxes laying on the floor and unfolded boxes right beside a dirty broom and vacuum. They will not be getting our business again that 's for sure.
