On a business trip, our group decided we wanted to try Pete’s Family Restaurant. We had tried to eat here before but they are closed several days of the week. We made it a point to try it on a day we knew they would be open. The food was fair, but the staff made up for that in service. They were very friendly here. I got the hoagie and thought it to be decently made. Those who ordered the calzones were happy. Those that ordered the chicken strips were not as impressed. For a little town that has maybe 6 restaurants, it was a fair option if you are looking for lunch. The staff’s friendliness was much appreciated and the prices were fair for what was received. Got the famous chicken tenders from Pete’s family restaurant. The skin tasted like oil had a tough chewy consistency, the chicken meat was the same tough chewy.

The food was ok overall. Me personally will not go back.
