Blackstone Gastropub - Joplin

I called to make a reservation, and they told me there would be a wait of 1 hour and 40 minutes. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite crowded, and we ended up seated at a very small table near the entrance. Honestly, their prices are too high for the quality of the food. The house salad came with just one slice of cucumber and a few pieces of tomato and lettuce, as you can see in the picture I uploaded. The sauce for my pasta was quite salty as well. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the Blackstone Poutine appetizer. Maybe next time, we’ll try the burgers, which looked good in the pictures.

We ordered chicken and waffles, as well as fish and chips. The food was fantastic! However, the chairs were not very comfortable, and it can get a bit crowded during lunch hours. The atmosphere is pleasant. Just a heads-up: our total for two lunches and two teas came to $50. It's a nice place to try once, but maybe not for frequent visits.

I had lunch there with my daughter. I ordered a double wings platter with fries, while she went for a BLT with fries. We also tried the pork belly appetizer, which was incredible! We ended up with plenty of leftovers as we couldn't finish all our food, so we'll have dinner sorted! The place was buzzing with activity, and the waitstaff were fantastic! Our waitress was especially kind and attentive, providing excellent service.

The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional. I would certainly return to this restaurant.

The food is legit. I had the meat sweats , Mac and cheese, and my wife had waygu steak. It 's very small and a little crowded. What really made the evening was our server Maddie. She was just great. Very in-depth knowledge of the menu and quite the little bartender. We hope she 's working the next time we come.
