Domino's Pizza - Joplin

I showed up to pick up my order, clicked the I 'm here button, turned on my hazards, and waited.. and waited.. after 10 minutes I went in and picked up my pizza. The 2 minute timer never started because my order was marked as completed instead of ready . When I tried to explain the situation, they shrugged and apologized. They didn 't honor the 2 minute timer because the timer never started, despite showing them my phone and explaining the situation. I didn 't care about the free pizza, and quite honestly, how lazy do I have to be to wait in my car for 10 minutes instead of just getting off my butt to get my pizza. But still bothersome that they don 't honor their promises.

By far the WORST Domino 's I 've ever been to. They don 't give a rip about customer service or satisfaction here (managers included . Ordered a pizza for delivery this evening (this location happens to be 2.8 miles... or 7 minutes from my house . Was told the pizza would arrive in 20 25 min. An hour later, I called and asked where our food was. Got some excuse about being short staffed (which was bologna my fiance ended up picking up our pizza and said there were at LEAST 8 employees in the facility and two orders on the screen!! but she did say that our food had left already. I confirmed with her that it was on it 's way, and she said yes. Another 35 minutes goes by (by this time I 'm hangry and pissed and I call again. Sat on the phone on hold for TEN MINUTES when a manager finally picks up. Asks if it was supposed to be a contact less delivery (not even relevant...where is my food???! and I told her I never specified one way or another. In any case, my food had never been dropped off! Her solution? I can either make your order again and send it out right away, or I can give you your money back. I told her my fiance was already on his way to that location and to please make our order fresh. The icing on the cake? My fiance returns with the food (finally two hours after I placed the order!!! and they gave me the wrong salad dressing for the salad I ordered! Will never, EVER order from this Dominos again. They need new staff and managers... STAT!

I recently ordered from here, 3 items. I order around 7pm. It didn't show up til about 9pm, this was after i had to call and ask when they would be delivering it. When it showed up it was the wrong order, i called again. My correct order showed up around midnight... cold. I'm severely disappointed. The worker on the phone showed no interest in helping us, he didn't seem like he cared. The tracker app needs to be fixed as well. My food was in quality check for almost an hour. This is not the way to promote or do your business reputation any good.

Called yesterday at 6:56 pm. Ordered 2 large pizzas. The guy said some apartment address I 've never heard of and I said no that 's not it you can delete that one and he said yeah let 's take that off real quick asked me for the new address and I gave it to him. I paid over the phone and he said ok should be about 30-35 minutes. I 'm 1.7 miles away. So then it 's 8:05 and still no pizza so I call again, again, a man answered and said ohhh it 's way not road, we put in the wrong address but we 've figured that out he should be there in 5 to 10 minutes. I said ok. 8:30 comes by and still no pizza. I had to call A THIRD TIME, now a lady answers and says oh, we didn 't deliver your pizza to the address you 've now given us 3 times for this order, we delivered it to the apartment that you told us to delete from your name, wtf!!!!?!? I literally verified this address with these morons 3 times, needless to say, still paid for the pizza, didn 't get it until after 9 pm. What a joke. If I could put 0 starts I would.

Placed an online order for delivery at this location, which is about 4 minutes from our home. Estimated delivery time was 45 minutes. The order took an hour and 20 minutes before even leaving for delivery. Once in route, it took 15 minutes to arrive. In addition, one of the pizzas that we ordered was incorrect. I ordered a medium pizza with extra alfredo sauce and cheese, nothing else. My pizza had no Alfredo sauce, and they added pepperoni. This isn't our first time having issues with this location, and we won't be ordering with them again.
