Mcdonald's - Joplin

I absolutely love McDonald's vanilla ice cream! While you can keep all the other fast-food processed soy burgers and chicken rib sandwiches... yuck! The VANILLA ice cream is amazing!

My husband and I stopped by to grab a bite while on our way through. There was a mix-up with my order, and when I checked the food, I noticed an item was missing. The staff quickly addressed the issue without any hesitation and even gave me the missing item for free! We will definitely return if we're in the area again. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience!

They are always there for you, like a comforting blanket of food, day or night, whenever you need it quickly and hot. The atmosphere is friendly and the place is clean. It's definitely the best option around here!

I stopped here during a road trip to grab a quick bite. The location was clean and welcoming. I placed my order using an app while I was on phone calls. When I arrived, I used the app's lock feature to pick up my order, and I was surprised when the server appeared at my car window just two minutes later! The chicken nuggets I ordered were perfect and delicious. My server was very friendly, which made it an even more enjoyable experience. As for parking, there were plenty of spaces available, including many curbside spots. Overall, it was a wonderful stop!

However, when I got home again, I discovered that the Big Mac had no meat at all! I was too exhausted to go back for a third time, so I ended up throwing it away. I regret not checking the order more carefully, but it feels like this could have been a mistake on their part. How is it possible for a sandwich to be served without any meat? I will not be returning to the McDonald's in Joplin. I'm really frustrated by this experience and just needed to vent.
