I have eaten here several times with complete satisfaction. Since a long time. Before its reform I was already going to eat, on the different occasions that, in my profession as a representative, I have visited Jumilla. Unfortunately yesterday, the experience was not good. The second they served me, chicken breast with potatoes and some vegetables, I couldn't finish it because of the unpleasant taste of the meat. I did not want to complain but I missed that the waiter asked me if I had not liked it, seeing that most of the reaction served, I had not consumed it. Notwithstanding what has been said, to say that I intend to return and I trust that what happened yesterday will become an anecdote. Guisos de cuchara muy ricos y muy bien cocinados. Una exquisitez de las que ya se han vuelto difíciles de encontrar. Por fin un buen guiso de manitas, unos callos con garbanzos exquisitos, un guiso de morro y unos riquísimos gazpachos jumillanos, con un buen vino de una zona que produce vinos buenísimos: Jumilla,que uno ya está harto del suflé de aire silvestre de la Sierra de Córdoba bañado en humo de azafrán de la parte alta del Himalaya a precios de susto. Vivan los gazpachos de Casa Sebastián, y vivan sus precios !!
