Baker's Drive-thru - Jurupa Valley

I wanted to purchase lunch for 12 people, but I was told I needed to wash my hands first and buy something before I could do that. This made me miss out on what could have been a $100 sale for the bakery. Interestingly, they allow homeless individuals to buy the cheapest item on the menu and then stay in the bathroom, where they seem to be engaging in drug use. It's a real shame for the bakery on Mission Blvd.

The customer service from the drive-thru employee in the morning was very poor. Additionally, the food was disappointing as well.

For around $36, you can feed five people, which is quite a good deal compared to other fast food options. The fries are excellent—if you enjoy soggier fries, you'll definitely enjoy these!

The worst Bakers period. I've visited this location on several occasions only because it's convenient to my work. It usually rates about a 3 star for service and quality. This time the A/C wasn't working in the dining area so I decided to go back out and go through the drive-thru. My cheeseburger had two small white pieces of lettuce which literally came from the stalk. My milk shake had the consistency of flavored milk. That could've been due to the ice cream melted before I finally got it. A message to the franchisee, spend some time and money on quality control and maintenance.
