Bidra med feedbackThis is the WORST Chipotle that I've been too. I've been to a lot of them and this is by far the worst. The restaurant is always dirty and the employees there are rude. I've tried giving it a chance since I just moved to the area. I already told my son'sthat I'm not taking them to this Chipotle. My experience of this Chipotle is the worst, once again. Don't even eat at thisChipotle.
I really don't know what it is with this location, but they are just horrible, horrible, horrible. Majority of the staff seems miserable to be here, and they're very rude. I really recommend to refrain from going here, it's better off driving out the wayto a different Chipotle location. Do yourself a favor.
We stopped by BLD Riverside for lunch between our softball games, and as always, our experience was enjoyable. The service was quick, the food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable.
Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. When I spoke to a woman at the register who claimed to be the manager, she said she couldn’t remake the bowl unless all of them were present. I asked about just the one, and she insisted that all four needed to be there. I then asked for the extra guacamole we had paid for but didn’t receive. Her answer was a flat no. While discussing the portion sizes, she told me, “Actually, we didn’t have to give you this much,” and even pulled out a salsa cup, saying, “This is technically all we had to give you. This is actually a perfect bowl.” I couldn't believe how rude and confusing this was, especially since I could see other customers walking by with their bowls overflowing while I was being told to be grateful for the meager amount I received. I was paying the same price as everyone else, yet my portion was far less. But the story doesn’t end there. She suggested I file a complaint online to resolve the issue, so I did. They responded by offering a buy-one-get-one-free meal, meaning I had to pay an extra $14 to fix their mistake and another $4 for the guacamole that we had already paid for and didn’t receive. We were so hungry and frustrated that we decided to go along with it. After waiting, we finally got the food, but it was wrong again. When we brought it back, she insisted to our faces that the order was correct. Really? We opened the bowls and had to point out the mistakes to her. She acknowledged one was definitely wrong, but it was just an exhausting experience overall.
It's been a while since my last visit. I understand that prices have increased, which is completely reasonable. However, I found that the to-go portions were not satisfying; both times I ordered, the amount was only about two-thirds of what it used to be. I think I will explore other options next time.
