La Michoacana Fresh - Jurupa Valley

Wow, first time trying Mexican ice cream and it was the best! Fresh ingredients, so flavorful. A must stop. Oh, lots of different flavors.

Staff and visitors are not wearing masks at all. Walked back out. Cold food with sprinkles of contagion? No thanks. If only at least staff was wearing masks...

Today I went to get some Ice Cream and a Agua Fresca. I asked them to for a large Tamarindo agua Fresca. It tasted a little funny. I drank 2-3 sips on the straw and it tasted old. They said if they added water it would taste better. The Lady poured the agua fresca which I had drank out of and poured back into the original container. When I told her what she did wrong, she didn't understand why it was so bad. She said I had drank it from the straw and not the cup. At that time, I only wanted the Ice Cream. I will never buy Fresh waters there again.

Definitely a cool place to grab some ice cream and smoothie and snack's for the hole family and friends...

We walked in and received no customer service at all. The lady was quite rude when it came to giving us our ice cream, making it seem like it was a hassle for her. It made us uncomfortable even asking about our bill. I would rather find another location that offers better service and appreciates our business.
