I love their ice coffee because they let me pick how much creamer and sugar I want in it.
The women working the drive-thru here have very poor customer service skills and come across as quite rude. They seem annoyed that they have to do their jobs.
I decided to return to the store to report the issue, and upon my arrival, I was greeted by a staff member named Jasmine. Unfortunately, she wouldn't provide her last name, so that's all I have to go on. After informing her about the spoiled food, particularly since my wife was already feeling unwell, Jasmine stated, without even opening the bag, that there was nothing wrong with the food. She refused to taste it herself and was quite rude, showing no interest in checking the food or validating my complaint. Her indifference to such a serious matter was shocking. I sincerely hope that Taco Bell addresses the food safety and customer service issues at the Limonite location so that others don’t have to experience the same problem.
The food was served hot, but the packaging could have been better. I don't recommend the steak options unless you enjoy chewy meat.
