Taco Bell - Jurupa Valley

This restaurant is inconsistent, and unfortunately, it missed the mark for me. They are always slow with orders, and their iced coffee was the most watered-down I've ever had.

The employees are consistently kind and my order is always accurate. If there is ever a problem, the manager goes above and beyond to resolve it. The nearby El Pollo should learn from their example on how to run a fast food establishment effectively. This is the standard for how a fast food restaurant should be run.

I ordered 2 tacos and 2 bean burritos through the drive-thru. When I arrived home, the tacos were nearly empty so I returned to the restaurant. They remade my order and my tacos were satisfactory the second time around, but my bean burrito only had a small amount of beans in it. For a better dining experience, I recommend eating in at this location.

This restaurant is terrible. I waited 45 minutes just to receive one taco and a potato dish. Eventually, I ended up leaving without getting my food, along with around 10 other people who had been waiting for an hour.

The system always goes down at 10pm. What's the point of staying open late if they can't even accept card payments? They only take cash or else the system is down. Total waste of time. This place should just close down for good.
