Dino's Gourmet Food Truck - Kahului

I can't praise my experience at this food truck and the phenomenal food enough. I was genuinely impressed! I ordered the Greek fish and chips. Normally, I focus more on the fish when I have fish and chips, but the salad, sauces, and homemade fries were outstanding. It was truly an amazing meal. The chef worked alone with such pride and expertise. He presented the dish to me and explained how much thought and care went into it. I hope to have the chance to dine here again.

BEST.BURGER. I don't sweat. it's the fifth time I've visited the usa and that's the best burger I've ever had. everything is just perfect, and the bungalow, oh my, the bun! real house made sourdig brot. if they ever come to maui, they should stop the display dinos. you will thank me later!

Dino, the owner is a culinary institute trained cook with 25 years in paris and nyc. it tastes a bit of gourmet evening from the small small food truck. I recommend the paella. it is a wet saucyreis like a risotto, and deliciously seasoned with saffron and cut with crimsons fresh right in front of the truck. It was so good that I have a second part to go home with me on the plane. he works on a 4-course-gourmet dinner after 18 o'clock directly from his truck to check it! everything is out of the scratch. the fries are amazing

While I waited to pick up my rental at the busy airport, I googled mapped Maui, then I typed food trucks. Drove to the nearby food truck location with plenty of parking. There are many food trucks at that location. Dino's Gourmet Food Truck caught my attention. The paella with shrimp and broccoli satisfied my appetite. Vhuntermassage LLC

The food was phenomenal! The burger was delicious and perfectly cooked. Feta salad was amazing. Wish I had one of these food trucks back home. The chef had a great personality, I enjoyed talking with him. Would recommend to anyone!
