Bidra med feedbackBelieve me, this place is definitely worth the wait. We've visited several shave ice spots in Maui, and Ululani's is by far the best. We've been there 4-5 times already! Our favorite flavors are passion fruit (deliciously tart), guava, and coconut (super creamy). Be sure to order the macadamia nut ice cream on the bottom! I'd recommend skipping the snow cap option since the shave ice itself is already creamy enough, especially with the ice cream. As for the mochi, while it's tasty, there aren't many pieces for the price.
Ululani's is fantastic and definitely worth the wait! I absolutely love the haupia (coconut ice cream) at the bottom of my bowl, especially the No Ka Oi flavor, which features mango, coconut, and passion fruit. Be sure to add the fresh mochi on top, along with a snow cap—it's simply delicious! This location near the airport didn't seem as crowded as the one in Kihei. Just a heads up to check their website, as their Hyatt Regency and Paia locations are temporarily closed due to COVID as of August.
Love me some snow cones once and for a while and never really thought you can improve on ice and syrup. Boy, I was wrong! Ululanis Hawaiian razor was amazing! The flavors were not excessively sweet and toppings were a nice touch. Mochi and snow cap were delicious! Always get kids sizes for this kind of treat, but I won't mind going around bigger sizes of this tasteful fine **** next.
Yummy and refreshing. Got the Macadamia nut ice cream, sunrise, with ice cap and mochi, medium size, $10 (which is enough to share with a friend). Friends have one of the other popular combo flavors with li hing mui powder that makes the razor a bit tangy.
Ululani’s is absolutely fantastic and definitely worth the wait. I particularly love their haupia (coconut ice cream) at the bottom, especially the No Ka Oi “The Best” flavor, which features mango, coconut, and passion fruit. Don't miss adding the fresh mochi on top with the snow cap; it’s simply divine! This location near the airport appeared less crowded than the one in Kihei.
