Great food takes time to prepare! It's a small business, and they're still adjusting as tourism just picked up. Patience is key, folks—it’s worth it! This pizza was definitely worth every moment of the wait.
They offer around 15 different toppings, and the pizzas taste fantastic! While they also have salads on the menu, we opted for pizza and some Pepsi products instead. The ratio of toppings to crust was perfect. We tried a half meat lovers and half pineapple and olives pizza, which took about 15 minutes to prepare—a quick turnaround for fresh, handmade pizza. The pizza wasn’t too thick or dry and had a great taste—flavorful without being overpowering. I do wish they offered delivery, but it’s only available for dine-in or takeout. A bonus is that you can order by the slice as well as whole pizzas. There’s also plenty of free parking right outside the main entrance. I appreciated the complimentary ice water, plates, and napkins. I do wish they’d sell merchandise like stickers or shirts with their fun logo!
This restaurant serves handmade pizza topped with a flavorful tomato sauce and spices that you can actually see. The crust is chewy and has more flavor than any other in the city. Plus, they offer great desserts! As for the salad, you can enjoy a generous portion that feels like a whole garden on your plate—perfect for a meal on its own or for sharing. Check out the picture!
Excellent pizza!! The pizza is thin crust, but not crispy, foldable when you do that. There was a spicy sausage that had good taste, but was not so spicy my children could not eat it. There were packages of Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper available. The guy who greeted us at the front and helped us was very friendly and easy to go. He made small conversations and helped us feel comfortable there. There was music in the background, there were stickers and signage that the atmosphere inside felt cool. There are two tables inside and maybe 5 or 6 outside. Each table sits 2 or 3, it was no problem for us to move them around to accommodate our larger group. In addition to fountain soda (which were behind the counter), we had water from a cooler (which we could reach ourselves), which had been laid by a canoe filter. You could take a cup and fill it with water. Our experience here was great and we would definitely come back.
It's like they took a piece of NYC and brought it to the Big Island without big prices. Two slices is plenty for one.
