Chick-fil-a - Kalamazoo

The food here is always good, but I’m revising my review after a recent experience. I placed my order through the mobile app and still ended up waiting in line, only to discover later that my sandwich was missing sauce and the deluxe version I ordered didn’t have any tomatoes. I had to drive all the way back, and they took my sandwich to remake it, which meant I had to wait even longer. Honestly, I’d rather spend my money elsewhere—as $7 for a sandwich doesn’t seem worth it when I can get better service at McDonald’s.

Absolutely fantastic every time! I just needed something to settle my stomach before heading out to skate for a few hours. I'll definitely be back for a meal after skating!

Chick fil a is the best fast food restaurants, I love the curtsey of employees, the app works great. You can set all the options on the app the go pick up the meal through the drive through. The line is long but they move you through fast. The rewards are awesome and love the ability to order fruit instead of fries. The chicken was tough this time, not sure what happened there. Usually it melts in your mouth. It was also not very spicey, so I am thinking they mixed the order.
