Can Tho Vietnamese & Chinese Restaurant

The stuffed chicken wing is an excellent entree...but you just can't beat the Rare Beef Pho! When you order...only order the small....it is huge! and totally delicious in every way...my new favourite vietnamese place!

I found Can Tho in my first year of uni. I've since graduated but my love of Can Tho remains. The owner has always been so friendly and seems like a real cutie.We have mainly just been here for steaming hot bowls of spicy, fragrant pho tai (the ultimate comfort food) but lately my boyfriend and I have also loved the pork and prawn cold rolls, the prawn toast and the calamari. All very tasty and generous!

Our experience at Ca Tho (3 visits in recent weeks)Enter through the door and you are greeted with a smile by an adorable elderly man with an infectious smile (same man each time). The older lady (same lady each time) walks from the back of the restaurant and greets you, showing you to the table. The same young girl brings glasses and a bottle of water to the table immediately. She then brings the menu to us and the plates and bowls. This outstanding customer service is within the first 30 seconds of entering the restaurant.Within 3 minutes (if we are ready) our order is taken and within less than 10 minutes we have our delicious meal. We have our favourite dishes but also try to chose one new dish each time we visit. To this date the meals have been faultless, perfectly cooked, fresh and very flavoursome. This is far from a sophisticated, 5-star restaurant but if you are looking for outstanding customer service, an excellent menu, good value delicious food give Can Tho a go!

Value for money but the food isn't amazing, but it is average. Good for a quick takeaway but not somewhere I'd bring guests. Found a dead fly in my food once though. Friendly service, quick food.

What is not to like about this plain clean and very well patronised Pho Cafe. Always assured of a great meal at an affordable price. Fast friendly service from a dependable restaurant in an easy to access location. Long may it continue to stimulate the taste buds.
