Bidra med feedbackPizza is slightly undercooked. Add a minute or two to your conveyor cook times. I used to work at Pizza Hut, I know what I'm telling you. Also I think it's kinda sad/lazy they still have their tables pushed up into the corner. COVID restrictions are gone, none of your staff wears masks. The tables need to come back. Stop being lazy. If the cook times get corrected and the tables come back I'll give it a 4 stars.
I've been to dozens of Little Caesar's locations and this was by far the worst pizza I've had. I ordered a Lunch Combo and it was really greasy. The carton was soaked in it and I'm glad I had some napkins in the glove box. The pizza crust was soggy from so much grease. I ended up throwing half of it in the garbage. And they never bothered to give me my receipt. Won't be going back to the Kalkaska location.
Although they offered takeout through the window for two years, they seem reluctant to continue doing so now. I've been here before when it was bustling, and three employees managed to serve food quickly; however, lately, with six or seven people on staff, my wait times have doubled. To add to the frustration, the phone goes unanswered most of the time. I won’t be ordering pizza from here again; it’s just not worth it.
I ordered the Call of Duty Combo to contain a bottle of Mountain Dew. I asked the girl, does that come with a bottle of pop? and she said no. I'm going home and watching the advertisements for the Call of Duty Pizza, where they advertising it was sold with a Mountain Dew.
I can't believe someone at Little Caesars would have the audacity to slap a pizza box on a police officer! It's shocking that an employee would treat any customer, especially a cop, that way. While I don't always agree with how police conduct themselves, I recognize that not everyone shares that opinion. This behavior is really disappointing.
