Charlie’s Grill Peruvian

Food really good no doubt it!!! But service takes really long to serve about in hour to get our food on our tables !!! Bad for business!! New management!!?? Who knows !! Not for sure not coming back !!

Horrible customer service, we all order at the same time family of 7) and only 4 of them got their food the rest waited, they didn 't even come and say your order will be out ina a sec nothing had us waiting all stupid. we literally waited almost an hour for our food. rest of the family had already finished and still didn 't come check up on us till we got up and ASKED them. they said they make the plates by order, meaning plate by plate which is d because 2 people ordered the same thing and only one got itinstead of owning up and saying sorry they blamed it on the cook team i think they need better communication, better improvement. just didn 't like how they lied to us. and then forgot to take off an order on the bill and charged us. if it wasn 't for us checking the receipt our money would 've been LOST she gave us cash cause she could go back. unprofessional! get better staff or trained them they didn 't seem to understand anything nor assure us. first time coming and was so happy and excited to try the food but left without eatingsad to say.won 't be back!!

Tasty food. I had the ceviche and mariscos salteados, and both have their flavor on point.

I would definitely recommend Charlie’s Grill to anyone looking for great food and service. From the moment my family and I walked in to the moment we left the service was impeccable. We came from a few hours away to visit the LA area and were all very hungry. Good portions, prices and great taste. The food came out fast, was hot and had awesome flavor. We got 2 orders of the Saltado de lomo y camaron, 2 Arroz chaufa especial, and a tarallin saltado de mariscos. We do not have any complaints. Charlie even made sure that my family and I were set for the food we got to go. 10/10 would recommend!! Thanks again

This place is amazing ! The customer service is amazing the food is great and they always hook it up! Gracias por todo , todo esta perfecto ! I asked for extra stuff and they sent it amazing !
