Food is always good, and our orders are always spot on. The only downside is that this location doesn't seem to have that many employees. The ones who are always there try to do their best but you can tell their being overworked and you are definitely going to have more of a wait time that expected. I would suggest ordering ahead of time to avoid this. Other than this, its great.

The wait time to order food and to get your food took forever. The front has so many customers waiting as well.

Ash at the Sepulveda location was very rude to me when I returned to explain they forgot an item again she told me I can go to a different location instead of fixing the situation Terrible service

This place.was disorganized ,my order was wrong we waited 2 hours they hired more people before I ordered I waited an 1 hour to order the manager didn't care we complain today is Christmas day this place was so bad and rude I hear the employees saying badwords tononenanother it's sad and they need to be retrain

Sometimes they take a bit long to serve you.. but the food always taste fresh and the staff is friendly
