I ordered a chicken sandwich I had never tried before. I was taking a risk and turned out I didn't like it. When I explained to the girl at the counter, they took care of my problem and even though I had taken a few bites they made an exception and remade the sandwich for me. They really went out of their way to accommodate for me when they really didn't have to. Thanks guys! I really appreciate y'all!

This spot always messes up my order. First time I called and was able to get refund credits or receive the correct order. Thought I could give them a second chance and when I did they got my order wrong again! Food is good and all but I didn't receive what I ordered.

I ordered my food at 2:40 pm to be picked up at 5 pm. My entire meal was cold. Apparently, the pickup time was not noticed. I called the restaurant, spoke with the assistant manager and I'm awaiting a refund. If you order online for a later pickup time, make sure your food is hot.
