Bidra med feedbackI went here this evening, I parked up front and there were a lot of parking spots. I walked inside to greet the cashier. He was friendly and patient when I ordered my hotdog meal combo. I wanted to use my scene card. He asked me if I wanted to use up my rewards? I said yes and I got my meal for a great price. I didn’t wait very long for my meal. I had a great experience!
Very busy lunch . Foodvwas. Fresh and hot staff friendly .
I honestly don't make a habit of writing bad reviews, but today's situation was terrible. I wish I would have taken a photo.The restaurant was FILTHY.All the floors, even in the washroom, were sticky.Counters (behind the glass) was covered in crumbs and debris. The till area was actually DIRTY, not food dirty, but like thick with dust and dirt.The ketchup dispenser was empty and the area around it was also very dirty.If I wasn't starving and in the middle of moving, with very limited time to spend, I would have absolutely gone elsewhere.The cleanliness of the whole dinning room, restaurant, and washrooms was really appalling.
Every time I order, I order the same burger. Mayo and 6 pickles. I say six because on more than one occasion they only ever give me 3. I was told by staff to say six if I want extra. On numerous occasions I’ve had to go back to the restaurant to request more pickles. They even have the nerve to hand them to me in paper rather than in a burger. This is the only Harvey’s that refuses to give me 6 slices of pickles — considering I don’t put anything else on my hamburger. Not impressed.
Paid 42 bucks for a three-person drive-thru order, but ended up with 2 incorrect burgers and no receipt. Pretty disappointing and probably won't be back any time soon.
