the 3 Brewers - Kanata

My husband celebrated his last day at work to go into business for himself.

The overall atmosphere and the value of food and drink were very good. For many in our business-related group it was their first time at this restaurant brand. I suspect that many will return on their own in the near future.

I took my husband out to celebrate his new job and made a note that it was a special occasion. Upon being seated, it took 15 minutes for our server to even come and acknowledge us, and another 20 minutes to get our drinks (and she forgot the water I requested). It ended up being almost an hour until we got our food and there was a 30 minute gap where our sever never checked on us. She was serving a large table and it seemed like that was the only priority. It got to the point where we were searching for her to inquire about why our food was taking so long (people who arrived after us were receiving our food) and she was completely MIA. Upon getting our food, she said there was a mix-up in the kitchen but we believe that she never even inputted our order. While we we eating, we were swarmed by wasps and it took another server coming to take our empty drinks away in order for us to actually eat our food. We were not compensated for the inconvenience and my husband’s new job/special occasion that the host took note of was never even acknowledged by our server. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and probably the worst service we have ever received.

Our server was nice and quick. Food was good, overall we were happy with everything. No complaints

Our server was excellent! everyone enjoyed their meal. the room we had was spacious and housed our large group.
