We recently visited a charming Japanese restaurant in Kanazawa, and despite arriving quite late, the staff graciously welcomed us. Though they spoke little English, we managed to communicate with the help of Google Translate and pictures from Google Maps. The sashimi was nothing short of fantastic, and the fish salad with vegetables was fresh and delightful. The beef dish was delicious, and we could see how it was carefully cooked in the open kitchen, adding to the overall experience. The dedication and skill of the chefs were apparent, while the waiter was incredibly patient and sweet.
