Sentori Sushi - kanazawa

This is definitely one of the top sushi restaurants in Kanazawa. Reservation is strongly recommended. The cook prepares first-class local seafood for customers. The best time to visit is to fall when the local crabs are available.

First time in Kanazawa and tried this beautiful Sushi Bar restaurant. They have been open for 11 years and we were lucky to sit in front of the 78-year-old owner/cook! Everything was delicious, fresh, sweet, beautifully prepared and the sushi rice was really seasoned! Between our broken Japanese and English we had a very pleasant dinner!

Visit for a delicious Grandmakase lunch. Eel, Horse Mackerel and Fatty Tuna were highlights. Incredibly friendly hosts and boss. If you are in the area for the gardens or brewery tour, the trip is worthwhile.

The best sushi we've ever had!

家族のお祝いに千取寿司さんのお寿司をお持ち帰りさせて頂きました。 評判の通り大変美味しいお寿司でした。 特にマグロ、鰻、イクラが溶けるように美味。 ウニに至ってはフワッと甘く最高のウニに感激しました。 おかげさまで家族の喜ぶ顔が見れて幸いです。 次回は是非とも店内で握りたての美味しいお寿司を頂きたいです。
