New York Slice - Kangaroo Point

Attended this premises today for lunch; we were after something quick as we didn't have much time. This was my first time at NYS. We were treated by a mildly interested young girl doing just enough. What I didn't know then; $10 made fresh small pizza and drink or $7.50 large slice of 1 of 4 pre-made pizzas from a display case, small chips and drink. The pizza is thin crusted and lacking in flavour.Not great, not bad enough to not return, just average!

Reheated, chewy rubber base, not a pleasant experience. Disgusting. I would not recommend anyone eats this 'food'!?!

Pizza's are always nice. Usual New York slice, which we love. Always make sure we get our fix of pizza when in town.

Got a half spinach ricotta and half pepperoni and sat in the park to watch fireworks. Everyone loves it, will be our annual tradition.

This place is a disgrace.The pizzas are pre-cooked and displayed in a refrigerated display case (which I thought was just to show you what the pizzas looked like). When you order, they take a piece of the cold, pre-cooked **** and re-heat it and then serve it to you on a piece of cardboard.That would be OK if it was VERY cheap but it was VERY EXPENSIVE.I honestly can't understand how this place survives - unless it makes its money from late night patrons of the Story Bridge hotel.
