I was the seventh car in line at the drive-thru, and my order was ready in just three minutes! The service was incredibly fast, and the espresso was excellent!
As I drove away, I noticed that my coffee didn’t taste like pumpkin at all (I had ordered a nutty pumpkin). Upon checking, I realized it was just an original iced coffee with five cream and five sugar. I know I could have checked my order sooner, but if the employees hadn’t switched roles mid-order and created such a scene, this oversight might not have happened. Overall, I found the level of unprofessionalism quite disappointing. I really hope the staff can learn to work better together and develop stronger customer service skills. After all, the goal should be to attract customers, not turn them away!
Great coffee. Went through the drive thru. Accurate order with multiple items including coffee, donuts, and breakfast sandwiches.
Our drinks were made correctly and quickly the only issue was the kitchen was closed it was in the afternoon so that was kind of a bummer that no hot items were available.
