Cook Out - Kannapolis

Great place to eat some good old American burgers! it is hard to beat the amount of food they get when they order a cooktop.

Although it's a convenient place to get a quick bite to eat in a pinch, the young lady who was at the window on the particular night that I stopped by had a nasty attitude and horrible customer services. I hope not to run into her again.Food: 3/5

It’s just high school kids haven’t seen any adults working there yet. Milkshakes are not as good as they could be the food is decent when they put a little bit in to there work.

Wish I could give you a ZERO for customer service. I understand that that it 's Saturday and you are busy. I get it. I walked to the walk up window trying to order and seen a sign that it was closed at that moment. A bleach blonde woman came to the window and asks, can you read? This window is closed. Well yes we can read it of course but don 't insult people 's intelligence. Tonight was probably the last time I 'll eat at this Cook Out. It 's one thing if the line is moving but the line wasn 't even moving. To top it off, all I wanted was one order of chicken nuggets..... oh well.

2nd time in a row our order was completely wrong. And the fries that i got instead of my cheese bites were so salty they were unedible even after scraping the salt off. Used to be the good cook out. Not anymore
