Little Caesars Pizza - Kannapolis

I should have checked the previous reviews before trying to have dinner here. This restaurant is definitely declining under the current management. It's quite embarrassing that it's promoted as "hot and ready," yet it took over 30 minutes to get just one order. When I expressed my frustration, the manager on duty became defensive and rude, ensuring that I won't return. Having worked at multiple locations before, I'm aware that good or bad management can significantly affect a business, and unfortunately, this one is heading the wrong way. Good luck dealing with that negative attitude! "Hot and ready" certainly doesn't apply at this location.

The food is absolutely fantastic, earning a solid 5 out of 5 for its quality and taste. However, the service could use some improvement, as I’ve rated it a 3 due to a few delays and minor issues. The atmosphere is also average, sitting at a 3; it's nothing special but gets the job done for a takeout spot. Overall, the delicious food makes up for the service and ambiance, making it worth a visit!

So i decided to go here instead of my neighborhood pizza place and i am now regretting it. I ordered a veggie pizza with beef and it literally has about 2 tablespoons of sauce on it! If y’all don’t feel like making a custom pizza from scratch thats fine but this is unacceptable!! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
